We've been to the Mike the Headless Chicken Festival twice now. The kids loves it! Here's Noah in the Peep eating competition!Mike was a rooster that lived for 18 months after its head had been cut off. Mike is now an institution in Fruita, CO, with an annual "Mike the Headless Chicken Day", the third weekend of May.
