Rocky Mountain Oysters

Tony took Noah to the Rocky Mountain Oyster Feed at the Eagle County Fairgrounds. Allegedly they had their dinner there. However, I think they dined at McDonald's on the way home.

Rocky Mountain Oysters are a North American gastronomic term for edible bull testicles. They are usually peeled, sliced, coated in flour, and then deep-fried. This delicacy is most often served as an appetizer. This dish, allegedly cowboy fare, is most commonly found at festivals. Usually this meat product is sold frozen, as it is awkward to find them fresh! Yuk!
